Working on a TAP reactor--a mini...I have to agree. Working on a TAP reactor--a mini fixed bed reactor fed by UHV pulse valves and coupled to a QMS--sounds interesting. However, if BASF is looking for someone with 1-3 years experience, then they have about four people in the country to choose from.
