Although the surveys are supposedly non-traceable, you are asked enough questions about your age, gender, location, type of work, years of service, etc, that it would be relatively easy to narrow down the possibilities of who is and is not so happy. I have actually put in fake data in terms of describing bad managers (changing gender, age, type of work), in order to make my survey less traceable.
BTW, I know a person who works as a waitress at Red Lobster. They also have to fill out these surveys regularly. She told me this with a pained look on her face. The only thing certain is that layoffs are not determined by work productivity or work ethic.

So can we really blame Pfizer's current employees if they are all pretending to whistle Zippity-Do-Da out of their a$$*&les on an electronic form which they cannot trust is not traceable to them?Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8964719845369935777.post-25177723015449306142012-12-14T15:25:34.172-05:002012-12-14T15:25:34.172-05:00Any employees not meeting the happiness quota are ...Any employees not meeting the happiness quota are ground up and used as packing material by Sigma-Aldrich.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8964719845369935777.post-9189509757182239162012-12-14T14:16:19.956-05:002012-12-14T14:16:19.956-05:00Unhappy employees are the first to go in the next ...Unhappy employees are the first to go in the next layoff.Polychemhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11318163213252728838noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8964719845369935777.post-48724404651388297992012-12-14T12:11:21.556-05:002012-12-14T12:11:21.556-05:00Well, I'm sure they're happy they still ha...Well, I'm sure they're happy they still have ther jobs. Later, there is a press conference and one question goes: "Comrade First Secretary, you received truly an overwhelming welcome here in Warsaw - the Polish people are all very happy today - they must really love you." Khrushchev nods and says: "Yes, they must."milkshakenhttp://orgprepdaily.wodpress.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8964719845369935777.post-25244833585201675982012-12-14T11:11:21.837-05:002012-12-14T11:11:21.837-05:00All that missing gold dust.
