I hate the grammatically confusing title. "Woman" is not a career.
ReplyDeleteGrammatically confusing or ambiguous on purpose?

ReplyDeleteMaybe 'woman as a career' refers to all the tasks that women are forced to do in the pharmaceutical industry because their male counterparts plead ignorance.
Men have the tendancy to plead ignorance on things they find 'beneath them.' In industry, this usually applies to anything that will not promote their career. At home, this usually pertains to anything they do not want to do. Women think of the good of the team, and will step in when they seeing tasks that need to be done for the good of the group.
If women want to advance their careers in the pharmaceutical industry dispite their gender they should start acting like men.
Well, one thing that bothers me is that it's always the women that set up, serve & clean up at office parties. It's like an unspoken duty or something.
