Since
BRSM Blog hasn't put up his final posting, I don't feel too bad about adding an unofficial entry from our household to the K.C. Nicolaou birthday celebration. As it is after the deadline, it is not an official submission.
I like this one a lot (other than the obvious reasons.) It's so bright and cheery and colorful, and we seem to have a red sun on our planet.
Cute :)
ReplyDeleteThis is by far my favourite entry! Round up post later today, hopefully. I'm having a bad chemistry week...
ReplyDeleteWhat's remarkable is the color scheme wasn't discussed, and is incredibly appropriate for the occasion.

ReplyDeleteSometimes I color in oxygens too.
ReplyDeleteI'll let the artist know that -- she will be pleased to hear it.
DeleteNice coloring. Sprog 1 can't color in the lines very well, so I can't get that kind of effect.
ReplyDeleteThe red sun - have you been telling bedtime stories to the little one about global warming and atmospheric dust?
You know, you should do a whole book of these. I even have a name: "KCN. Color me unimpressed."
ReplyDeleteHeh. Not "Classics in Total Synthesis III"?
DeleteRed sun is the best!
ReplyDeleteI can totally see a market for molecule coloring books!
