That looks really nice, and there are some plants inside. My caveat with these types of buildings and the first few floors, is that I hate it when people outside can observe me so easily. And here it's set up for people enjoying a stroll to just look at you while you're doing an extraction.
What I wouldn't give for a view like that. I work in a windowless hole. If the price of sunlight is having people strolling past and watching me work all day...I'd take it!
Well, the windows are tinted and super reflective, so you'd have to stand there with your face against the glass to see anything on the inside. No worries about people looking in and stealing all of my great lab techniques.
