ReplyDeleteActually, I found the copying problem being treated as a crisis a bit surprising.
DeleteMy experience with photocopier providers and service contracts is that the "solution" is either:
1) you need to use different paper (ie "ours")
2) your HVAC system isn't good enough (too dry, humid, hot, cold...)
That must have been a big customer.
