Just down the road from Duke University. You'll note in some of the clips that they eventually installed warning lights to alert drivers they were over height, which were ignored. They've recently made it even more obvious with multiple yellow warning signs and a digital display between the traffic lights (can be seen at 1:17), but it still happens. It's even marked as a tourist location on Google maps! https://goo.gl/maps/okDgxChzX7D2
