Postdoctoral position: Cell and Gene Therapy at FDA

We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral fellow to conduct laboratory research on projects related to cell and gene therapy. The fellow will use advanced manufacturing tools and innovative strategies to investigate key challenges associated with next-generation immunotherapies, including in vivo and allogeneic CAR-T approaches, with the goal of improving the safety and efficacy of immune cell–based therapies.

Applicants must have received a doctoral degree in biological sciences, chemistry, computational or a closely related discipline. Experience in immunology, molecular biology, animal models, and bioinformatics is desirable but not required. Candidates with strong publication records are especially encouraged to apply.

The opportunity is open to U.S. citizen, or foreigners who have lived in the United States for at least 36 out of the past 60 months. Appointment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation conducted by the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
