So was this picture taken in the dark because an unattractive view or simply a reflects grad student who is taking or TAing courses during the day and only gets in the lab at night?
ReplyDeleteDark because viewing fireworks for 4th July! It was a great place for it. Also interesting to leave lab for, like, a whole couple of hours.

I watched them once from the top of RAL (Roger Adams Lab for non UIUC grads). We used to have a metal cabinet to run sealed tube reactions up there back in the 1980s.
