Honolulu, HI: The University of Hawaii at Manoa wishes to hire an assistant professor of biochemistry for a tenure-track position. Vigorous, funded, blah, blah, yadda, yadda. Gotta love the e-mail address for the search:  "chemjobs -at- hawaii.edu".

New Haven, CT: Southern Connecticut State University wishes to hire an assistant professor of chemistry for a tenure-track position, with a focus on instrumental analysis.

It sounds so elegant: UCLA wishes to hire a computational chemistry Ph.D. for a "Postdoc in Theory and Computation." The program is oriented towards drug design and computational enzymology.

Vegas, baby!: UNLV desires a M.S. chemist (or higher) for a general/organic chemistry lecturer.

Small college of the week: Eckerd College (St. Petersburg, FL, student population: 1832, SA-LUTE!) is hiring an visiting assistant professor of physical chemistry for a 1-year position.
