The Division of Natural Sciences and Mathematics at the University of Denver is expanding our Molecular Life Sciences Initiative through cluster hires. The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry invites applications for two tenure-track faculty positions at the Assistant Professor level to begin September 1, 2015. We seek candidates with research interests in biophysical chemistry/biochemistry that include, but are not limited to the study of protein structure and function and protein-protein interactions. The successful candidate will have a Ph.D. in chemistry or biochemistry, postdoctoral experience, and a demonstrated potential for leadership in their field, including a record of high-impact research accomplishments. Expectations include the teaching of undergraduate courses and of graduate courses in areas of expertise and the development of a strong, extramurally funded research program.
