Unemployment rate down 0.1% in March

Fresh electrons from the Bureau of Labor Statistics: the national unemployment rate is down 0.1% to 8.2% for March. The broader U6 measurement is down 0.4% to 14.5% 

This is a long, slow climb. 

In slightly better news, employment in the chemicals subsector seem to be increasing a little. See below.
