    1. "We are looking for individuals from diverse backgrounds" really?

So, does Gilead (Canada) hold to it's US EEOC-standard: "As an equal opportunity employer, Gilead Sciences Inc. is committed to a diverse workforce. Employment decisions regarding recruitment and selection will be made without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, gender, age,..." or does it go with Canadian standard exclusionary "preference will be given to Canadian citizens"?

    1. About 2000 chemistry PhDs awarded a year, organic one of the biggest fractions but let's say 500-750 per year. They now have 92 jobs to fight over. (Assuming no older chemists got laid off this last year--oops, nvrmnd)
